Croatia – Building construction work – IZVOĐENJE RADOVA IZGRADNJE OBJEKTA OŠ DRAGUTINA KUŠLANA

The subject matter consists of a newly formed parcel with cadastre number 1863/1 k.o. Peščenica. The joint plot will house the Dragutina Kušlana Primary School and the existing building of the III. Gymnasium. According to the provisions of the GUP of the City of Zagreb, in densely populated areas, or in already formed settlements, the size of the school building plot is at least 20 m2 per student. The newly formed plot is sufficient for the needs of the III. Gymnasium - max 672 students and the Dragutina Kušlana Primary School with a planned 448 students. The existing school is located on the eastern part of the plot, while the construction of the Primary School is planned on its western, separate part. The existing gymnasium has a layout of Su+P+2, and the planned primary school Po+P+3. The future Dragutina Kušlana Primary School will represent a socio-educational unit with the III. Gymnasium in Kušlanova Street, and they will jointly use the outdoor sports facilities due to the spatial limitations of the given plot. CPV code and title: 45210000-2
