Poland – Forestry services – DYNAMICZNY SYSTEM ZAKUPÓW - Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej oraz wycinki drzew i krzewów na gruntach objętych decyzjami ZRID na terenie nadleśnictw Regionalnej Dyrekcji Lasów Państwowych w Zielonej Górze w latach 2027-2030

The subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System ("DPS") contract is forestry services, in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 663 – hereinafter the "Forest Act"), including forest cultivation and protection work, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, and other forestry services, including game and meadow farming, planned for implementation on the territory of the contracting authority’s forest districts, as well as work involving the felling of trees and shrubs on land covered by decisions granting permission for the implementation of a road investment (hereinafter ZRID), carried out on the basis of agreements concluded between forest districts (the contracting authority) and road managers, for the period for which the DPS is established. The Specification of Contract Conditions ("SCC") constitutes the Contract Documents and simultaneously fulfils the role of information on the application of the dynamic purchasing system and the specification of contract conditions for procedures for the award of contracts covered by the dynamic purchasing system, with the proviso that detailed information on the subject of a given contract covered by the dynamic purchasing system and other information on such procedures indicated in Article 323(3) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP) will be specified in invitations to tender for individual procedures covered by the DPS.
