Germany – Lift-maintenance services – Liftmanagement inkl. Fernüberwachung

The following services are to be awarded as part of the lift management: - Recording of all systems including the creation of a measures plan to adapt the systems to the state of the art according to BetrSichV with cost estimation - Establishment of a digital lift management system with integration of each system with relevant components and document management - Processing and documentation of malfunctions - Examination and evaluation of offers and invoices - Operational management with regard to compliance with deadlines, evaluation of inspection reports and monitoring of warranties - Contract management incl. support with optimizations - Installation of a remote monitoring system with suitable sensors for the permanent monitoring of the operating status
