Description

European Public Procurement Framework Agreement Green Maintenance of Waterways, Dykes and Road Verges Overwaard 2027 - 2031. The reason for this procurement procedure is the expiry of the current Agreement for the green maintenance of the waterways, dykes and road verges in the Overwaard (Alblasserwaard Oost). The need for this service will continue in the future. Therefore, WSRL intends to conclude a new Agreement through this procurement procedure. The expiring agreement was in the form of a traditional RAW specification. Waterschap Rivierenland has internally evaluated this contract form and subsequently decided to award new green maintenance contracts in the form of Framework Agreements. Waterschap Rivierenland wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement with one Contractor. During the term of the Framework Agreement, sub-orders will be issued, from which no rights can be derived. The execution of green maintenance generally consists of: Mowing waterways (in 3 mowing periods: spring, summer and autumn) Mowing standard banks and nature-friendly banks; Mowing ponds and water bodies; Mowing maintenance paths; Freemowing inspection dams; Freemowing installations and structures; Phased mowing of dykes; Scraping grass covering of dykes; Maintenance of stone dumps and -slopes; Processing of freed mown material; Providing personnel and equipment. Duration of the Agreement The Framework Agreement has a term from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031. The contract duration is therefore 5 years.
