In the protected park, a new timber-framed building is to be constructed for the existing Senior Centre and Youth Centre facilities. The permit from the monument protection authority stipulates that the three existing buildings must be demolished, so that only one building remains in the park at the end. The demolition to clear the construction site is complete. To keep the protected park as free as possible from the construction work and to ensure access to the park for visitors via the historic avenue, the construction site is to be accessed exclusively via the construction site access established in the south of the property. The necessary unexploded ordnance survey on the construction site is complete. The earthworks and concrete works have been awarded and will begin shortly. The new building concept includes offering a range of services for people of all ages in the surrounding area. These include, for example, a workshop, a creative space, a seminar room, two activity rooms, a club room, and more.

The schedule of services for the joinery work includes:

- Construction of the load-bearing timber structure

- Construction of the non-load-bearing timber structure

Essential works:

- Technical processing

- Design, supply, and installation of the technical timber structure

- Design, supply, and installation of facades, windows, doors, stairs

- Design, supply, and installation of two ancillary buildings

The execution (including preparatory work, in particular workshop and assembly planning) is to begin immediately after the award of the contract.

The work is to be completed by no later than 30.10.2027.
