The subject of this consultation is the supply of promotional items (goodies), gift cards and gourmet hampers for the communication, HR, marketing services and bodies of the Opco EP. The framework agreement is divided into 4 lots, but the present contract only concerns the tendering of lot 1. The present public contract is divided into 4 lots. However, Opco EP will award contracts without prior advertising or competition for lots 2 to 4 of the present public contract. Therefore, only lot 1 will be the subject of a competitive tendering process within the framework of the present public contract.
