This public procurement includes activities related to the objects "supply" and "service" as per Article 3, Paragraph 1, Points 2 and 3 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). In accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the PPA and considering the main activities characterizing the main subject of the procurement, the awarding of the contract is in the order for the object "supply". The subject of the procurement is: "Supply of spare parts, units, details and consumables, technical maintenance, diagnostics and repair of light and heavy-duty vehicles, buses, specialized equipment and construction machinery, owned by НЕК ЕАД" in four distinct lots, as follows: Lot 1 - Supply of spare parts, units, details and consumables, technical maintenance, diagnostics and repair of light and heavy-duty vehicles and buses up to 3.5 tons, owned by НЕК ЕАД; Lot 2 - Supply of spare parts, units, details and consumables and technical maintenance, diagnostics and repair of heavy-duty vehicles and buses over 3.5 tons, owned by НЕК ЕАД; Lot 3 - Supply of spare parts, units, details and consumables, technical maintenance, diagnostics and repair of specialized equipment and construction machinery, owned by НЕК ЕАД; Lot 4 - Supply of spare parts, units, details and consumables, technical maintenance, diagnostics and repair of transport means of Russian and Soviet production, owned by НЕК ЕАД. The procurement covers: supply of spare parts, units, details and consumables and technical maintenance, diagnostics and repair of light and heavy-duty vehicles, buses, specialized equipment and construction machinery, as follows: - technical maintenance, diagnostics and repair of light and heavy-duty vehicles, buses, specialized equipment and construction machinery, described in the lists attached to the Technical Specification, as follows: Annex No. 1 – List of light and heavy-duty vehicles and buses up to 3.5 tons; Annex No. 2 – List of heavy-duty vehicles and buses over 3.5 tons; Annex No. 3 – List of specialized equipment and construction machinery; Annex No. 4 – List of light and heavy-duty vehicles of Russian and Soviet production. - supply of spare parts, units, details and consumables, described in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 5 - List of certain spare parts and consumables for each of the distinct lots. The types of spare parts and consumables listed in Annex No. 5 to the technical specification for the corresponding distinct lot are not exhaustively listed. Depending on the specific supply or service for repair and maintenance of the vehicle/specialized equipment and machinery, there may be a need to supply and/or fit other spare parts and consumables not listed in the technical specification of the contracting authority. If necessary, supply and/or fitting of other spare parts and consumables outside those listed in Annex No. 5 to the technical specification for the corresponding distinct lot will be carried out. The type, volume, technical characteristics, conditions and requirements for the execution of the procurement are in accordance with the Technical Specification from the participation documentation.
