Description

1. Subject of the contract: a) The subject of the public procurement contract is the supply of new spare parts for devices located at OPP in Krakow (Part 1) and for devices located at SCT in Krakow (Part 2) – devices of the firm Parkeon, model Strada. b) The contracting authority has described the subject of the contract using the following documents: - PPU, i.e. Annex 2 to SWZ (for each part separately), - Description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Annex 5 to SWZ (specific to each part of the contract), - Price list, i.e. Annex 6 to SWZ (specific to each part of the contract). c) In the event that any of the annexes to the SWZ contain names of manufacturers, trademarks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems, these can be replaced with equivalent products. The contracting authority considers equivalent solutions to be those that achieve the intended effect through other technical solutions. Equivalent solutions cannot be considered identical (the same), but only those that, in the compared features, indicate exactly the same or a very similar useful value. By indicating the names of manufacturers, trademarks, standards, approvals or reference systems, the contracting authority intended to specify the minimum quality parameters and user characteristics that the goods must meet to satisfy the requirements set by the contracting authority and constitute only a quality model of the subject of the contract. Through the record concerning the minimum requirements of quality parameters, the contracting authority understands the requirements of the goods contained in generally available sources, catalogues, producers' websites, etc. The use of example manufacturer names is intended only to specify the level of the contracting authority's expectations regarding a given solution. d) The contractor is obliged to provide a minimum of 24 months quality guarantee on the subject of the contract, a maximum of 36 months quality guarantee on the subject of the contract (applies to both parts of the contract). Note! Offers containing a quality guarantee period on the subject of the contract of less than 24 months will be rejected. 2. Contract execution deadline: within 90 days from the date of contract award (applies to both parts of the contract).
