Enzymatic preparation for piglets in powder form with phytase: - containing thermostable (minimum 95% activity at 95°C) phytase in the amount of 5000 FTU/kg, - intended for use in mixtures for weaned piglets, fatteners and sows, - with a label in Polish. Order quantity: 100 kg (in 25 kg bags), loco warehouse of the Buyer ZD Pawłowice - Wytwórnia Pasz in Robczysku. In order to confirm the above-mentioned quality parameters of the product, the Buyer requires the inclusion of a quality certificate of the product or another document confirming the equivalence of the offered product with the tender. A quality certificate of the product must be attached to each delivery. VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the VAT Act. The Buyer is a farmer and the ordered product will be used for its own needs.
