Germany – Software-related services – Einheitliches Reisemanagementsystem für die gesamte Staatsverwaltung des Freistaates Sachsen

The aim of the tender is the procurement of a cloud-based, nationwide, multi-tenant travel management system for the authorities and institutions of the Free State of Saxony. The services include a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) system operated by the contractor, along with the necessary interfaces for automated data exchange with the IT systems of the Free State of Saxony. The system must be intuitive to use and digitally map all processes related to a business trip completely and seamlessly - from the application including travel expenses application, approval and settlement with tax audit to the payment and posting of travel expenses. Additionally, an automated reporting system must be provided. The operation of the data center, data processing and storage, data backup, and further development of the system must be carried out entirely within the European Union, the EEA or Switzerland (provided there is an adequacy decision pursuant to Article 45 GDPR). The contractor must also provide a valid certification according to DIN ISO/IEC 27001 for the offered SaaS solution including the directly related services. Furthermore, the minimum standards of the BSI for the use of external cloud services (version 2.1 of 15.12.2022) as well as the C5 criteria (C5:2020) must be met.
