The subject of the concession procedure is the safe and smooth operation of the Water Management Assets, which are owned by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with national legislation, in particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply and sewerage for public needs and amending certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "ZVaK"). The Contracting Authority sets the duration of the concession from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2036.
