Romania – Public road transport services – Contract de delegare a gestiunii serviciilor publice de transport persoane în aria teritorială de competenţă a județului Covasna – Grupele 02, 03 și 08 din Programul de transport

The subject of the Contract is the delegation of tasks and responsibilities to the Operator/Operators regarding the actual provision of the public transport service for passengers by scheduled routes in Covasna County - Groups 02, 03 and 08 of the Transport Programme, as follows:

LOT 1 - Group 2 – 4 routes

005 Baraolt - Aita Medie - Sfântu Gheorghe

006 Filia - Hăghig - Sfântu Gheorghe

007 Vârghiș - Aita Mare - Sfântu Gheorghe

008 Baraolt - Vâlcele - Sfântu Gheorghe

LOT 2 - Group 3 – 3 routes

009 Aita Seacă - Herculian – Baraolt

010 Baraolt - Doboșeni - Filia Vashámor / Vârghiș

011 Vârghiș - Filia / Malnaș - Sfântu Gheorghe

LOT 3 - Group 8 – 1 route

046 Comandău – Covasna

Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, only through the SEAP, but no later than 24 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the aforementioned period, the AC's responses, in consolidated form, will be published in the SEAP 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
