The subject of the procurement is the organisation of catering and café services for students and staff, as well as catering for meetings, in the kitchen and restaurant facilities owned by Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO. Contract period: The contract starts on 28.12.2026 and is initially for an indefinite period. The estimated value of the procurement is approximately 4,700,000 € (VAT 0%). The services are targeted at the following locations: - OSAO's Kontinkangas site (students and staff from Oamk and the City of Oulu's Kontinkangas also dine here) - OSAO's Kotkantie 2 site - OSAO's worksite catering (Pirilä, Kempele) The services included in the contract are used by students and staff of Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO, Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Oamk) and the City of Oulu's upper secondary education, as well as representatives of separately agreed associated groups. The procurement is carried out jointly with Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Oamk) and the City of Oulu (Public Procurement Act 21§). A market dialogue was held on 14.8.2026 at 12:00 for the procurement. The market dialogue was announced in Hilma from 26.6.-12.8.2026 and all interested parties had the opportunity to participate. The market dialogue covered key issues related to the forthcoming procurement and changes compared to the previous contract. Suppliers also had the opportunity to ask questions about the upcoming procurement. The tender documents were sent to those who participated in the market dialogue for comment between 21.8.-26.8.2026, the date was announced during the market dialogue. A tenderer who has not participated in the mandatory familiarisation visit will be excluded from the tendering process. The familiarisation visits to the kitchens are organised as follows: Thursday 10.9.2026 at 13:00 - Worksite: Pirilä, Kempele - Kotkantie 2, Oulu - Kontinkangas, Oulu The tour starts at the Pirilä worksite in Kempele, after which it moves to Kotkantie and Kontinkangas.
