This consultation concerns the project management mission for the rehabilitation of 60 collective social housing units at the « SOURAS BAS » residence. It is located in a dense urban environment composed of shops and other residential buildings. Each building is a condominium unit and the outdoor spaces are managed by a Free Trade Union Association. Sète Thau Habitat owns 4 buildings in this complex, representing 60 housing units. The residence has a forecourt under which are the underground car parks. This forecourt is landscaped and it is forbidden to circulate motor vehicles there. Access is easy but parking is complicated by the geographical location of the buildings. The project management mission awarded following the procedure concerns a building rehabilitation operation. It includes the preliminary and definitive design studies (APS and APD), the project studies (PRO), assistance for the award of construction contracts (ACT), the execution studies (EXE), the direction of the execution of construction contracts (DET), assistance with reception operations and during the perfect completion warranty period (AOR), as well as the scheduling, management and coordination of the site (OPC). Since the execution studies are entrusted to the project manager, the VISA mission element is not applicable. Diagnostic studies are not part of this mission; they are the subject of a separate contract under the conditions specified in Article 5.6 of the RC.
