Spain – Environmental services – Contratación de servicios profesionales especializados de consultoría ambiental y asistencia técnica para los procesos de evaluación, seguimiento y justificación técnica de las convocatorias de ayudas de la Fundación Biodiversidad con cargo a fondos nacionales

The objective of these works is to provide support in the management of the calls for aid published by the Foundation and funded with national funds. The tasks include:

- Attending to and resolving queries from potential applicant entities.

- Technically evaluating or reviewing the verification of technical requirements of the projects or applications submitted, in accordance with the Regulatory Bases, the Calls for Aid and the technical criteria or requirements established in each case.

- Carrying out the technical follow-up of the funded projects and the beneficiary entities and, when necessary, carrying out follow-up visits.

- Finally, reviewing the technical justification documentation submitted by the beneficiary entities to verify that it complies with the applicable regulations for each call, issuing the corresponding technical report with the results of the review carried out. This review will include the verification of technical issues related to the project's expenditure (review of self-assessment submitted by the project, link between expenditure and technical implementation, etc.).
