The subject of the public contract is the modernisation of the Komín depot, including the demolition of existing structures and the construction of new operational-technological units. The implementation of the public contract will take place during partial operation of the depot. In the initial phase of fulfilment, the selected supplier will process the documentation and other necessary materials for the removal of existing structures, including the demolition volume, and will ensure the necessary engineering activities required to commence demolition works. Once the conditions necessary for their implementation are met, demolition of the existing structures will commence. Concurrently with the preparation of the materials for demolition and the execution of the demolition works, the selected supplier will process the project documentation for the new construction and perform the related engineering activities. Therefore, the commencement and execution of the demolition works will not be contingent upon the completion of the project documentation for the new construction in its entirety. The subsequent part of the subject of the public contract includes the construction of new operational-technological units and the revitalisation of the existing infrastructure of the site. The modernisation particularly includes the construction of a parking facility for trolleybuses, including the associated operational, technical, and administrative facilities for employees, as well as residential units for employees, and a parking lot for private cars, further construction of a maintenance and repair hall, including a trolleybus wash, daily maintenance and cleaning workstations, diagnostic workstations and maintenance facilities, central waste management, an energy centre with a transformer station, and other associated building and engineering structures. The subject of the public contract also includes the construction of a new fire station for JSDH Brno-Komín, the modification of site entrances and traffic connections to Jundrovská and Podveská streets, and the construction of an emergency exit. The aim of the modernisation is to increase the capacity of the depot, enhance the operational efficiency of the site, and create a modern infrastructure for the parking, maintenance, repair, and management of trolleybuses. The result of the tendering procedure is the conclusion of a works contract according to the Contract Conditions for the supply of technological equipment and the design and construction of electro and mechanical-technological works and civil and engineering works designed by the contractor, the so-called FIDIC YELLOW BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in the Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2015, and other documents forming the works contract. The contracting authority expects the implementation of the subject of fulfilment of the public contract within the framework of the project co-financed by the Operational Programme Transport 2021-2027. The selected supplier is obliged to proceed in such a way that the stated intention of the contracting authority can be fulfilled.
