The subscription of an 'wall-to-wall' (All Risks type) insurance policy for artworks in which the contracting authority has an insurable interest. The details of the assignment are further detailed in the technical annex. Four insurance policies must be drawn up for: - long-term loans; - temporary exhibitions; - occasional transports; - artworks owned by the KMSKA pending transfer to the Flemish Community.
