The subject of the order is the provision of ticket and transport document control services in trains operated by Warszawska Kolej Dojazdowa sp. z o.o. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ, in which the Purchaser has defined the maximum scope of the subject of the order, subject to the provisions of 3. 3. The Purchaser reserves the right to exercise the Right of Option: 1) The Purchaser indicates that the minimum scope of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as the basic scope, relates to the implementation of the subject of the order, as mentioned above in 1 SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ for a period of 12 months from the date of commencement of the service; 2) The Purchaser indicates that the right of option, hereinafter referred to as the "Right of Option", covers the implementation of the subject of the order, as mentioned above in 1 SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ for the next 12 months following the basic scope. 4. The right of option will be implemented on the condition that the Purchaser has financial means. The condition for the exercise of the right of option is the delivery by the Purchaser to the Contractor of a statement of will in the matter of exercising the right of option in the scope specified by it. The Purchaser will submit a statement of the exercise of the Right of Option after 6 months from the commencement of the implementation of the basic order. 5. In the event of the Purchaser not exercising the right of option, no claims shall accrue to the Contractor on that account. The Purchaser reserves the right that it is not obliged to exercise the right of option. 6. The Contractor is obliged to implement the order on the principles and conditions described in the draft contractual provisions (PPU) constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ. 7. The Purchaser does not divide the order into parts and does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. 8. The main subject of the order in this Procedure is a service within the meaning of art. 7 point 28 of the Pzp.
