The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a purchase contract, on the basis of which the selected supplier will be obliged to deliver a complete set of vehicles of the BEMU type intended for the regional passenger rail transport segment. The Contracting Authority, in view of the current conditions of the Tender Procedure, anticipates the delivery of a total of at least 5 regular vehicles intended to fulfil the obligations of public services according to the conditions of the Tender Procedure, each with a seating capacity of 121 to 150 seats. The vehicles will have a combined drive using electrical energy from the overhead line (3kV DC and 25 kV/50 Hz AC) and from the traction battery. The precise and/or further requirements for the vehicles, including the specification of the final and binding number of vehicles, may be specified during the negotiations in the tendering phase of the Procurement Procedure.
