Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – "Objektplanung Gebäude"

The City of Spalt intends to carry out the renovation and expansion of the Spalatin Primary and Middle School, including the renovation (reconstruction) of the sports hall, as well as the demolition and new construction of the school's extension. The renovation measures, as well as the demolition and new construction, will take place during ongoing school operations, with interim uses to be considered as part of the measure. The awarding of the contract and the start of planning are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. Further details can be found in Annex 01.
