Netherlands – Playground equipment – Raamovereenkomst Herinrichting speellocaties Noordwijk

The current contract with four parties for the renovation of existing play areas expires on 31 August 2026. The municipality of Noordwijk intends to conclude a new RAW framework agreement with four (4) parties as of 1 September 2026 for the replacement and renovation of play areas. The contract period runs from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2030. The work mainly consists of the following activities:

• Preparatory work for the play areas, such as analysing the existing situation, drawing up preliminary designs, creating a play area presentation, drawing up a final design and cost estimate, developing an implementation plan with working drawings and subcontracting from the framework agreement;

• Removing existing play equipment and safety surfaces;

• Groundwork for safety surfaces;

• Supplying and installing new play equipment, or relocating existing equipment;
