Poland – Prepared meals – Dostawy artykułów spożywczych na potrzeby BHP dla Regionalnego Zarządu Gospodarki Wodnej w Krakowie i podległych jednostek

The subject of the contract is the supply of foodstuffs for the needs of the OHS for the Regional Water Management Authority in Kraków and its subordinate units. The contracting authority has divided the contract into 6 parts: Part 1: Supply of prophylactic meals for the employees of the Polish Waters State Water Holding Company in Kielce Part 2: Supply of prophylactic meals for the employees of the Polish Waters State Water Holding Company in Kraków Part 3: Supply of prophylactic meals for the employees of the Polish Waters State Water Holding Company in Nowy Sącz Part 4: Supply of prophylactic meals for the employees of the Polish Waters State Water Holding Company in Sandomierz Part 5: Supply of prophylactic meals for the employees of the Polish Waters State Water Holding Company in Żywiec Part 6: Supply of prophylactic meals for the employees of the fisheries of the Polish Waters State Water Holding Company of the Regional Water Management Authority in Kraków

The regenerative meals should meet the following criteria:

1) the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 28 May 1996 on prophylactic meals and beverages (Journal of Laws 1996 No. 60, item 279)

2) the subject of the contract of good quality without the content of mechanically separated meat (MOM), without GMO, without the addition of colourings.

3) the meals listed in the table in point 2 should be delivered in original, factory-sealed packaging, without physical signs and traces of damage

4) each single package must have a label containing detailed data provided for in the applicable regulations, in particular in Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011

5) the shelf life of the regenerative meals at the time of delivery must not be shorter than 9 months from the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority, documented by the delivery note.

6) The subject of the contract should meet the detailed requirements specified in the applicable legal provisions regarding the production and trade of food, and in particular: - Act of 25 August 2006 on food and feed safety (Journal of Laws 2023 item 1448 with later amendments) together with the executive provisions - Act of 12 December 2003 on the general product safety (Journal of Laws 2021 item 222 with later amendments) - Act of 21 December 2000 on the commercial quality of agricultural and food products (Journal of Laws 2023 item 1980).
