Romania – Catering services for other enterprises or other institutions – Achiziţia de servicii de catering pentru Spitalul Municipal Turda 2026

Framework agreement for the procurement "Catering Services for Turda Municipal Hospital 2025", in accordance with the terms of reference. The subject of the subsequent contracts to be awarded will be the preparation, preparation and delivery of the daily food ration (breakfast, lunch and dinner, +/- snacks), in a catering system for patients admitted to Turda Municipal Hospital. The number of daily menus varies according to the number of inpatients. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 160-161 of Law 98/2016 as amended and supplemented, the deadline for the contracting authority to respond to clarifications is 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 16 days.
