The services are divided into 2 lots described below, each giving rise to a single-award framework agreement for intellectual services, executed by issuing purchase orders as needed. For Lot 1, the contractor and/or its subcontractor must be CATEC trained in case of working in confined spaces. For Lot No. 2, the contractor and/or its subcontractor must have the valid approval of the bodies involved in the safety of hydraulic structures, in category C "Class C dams and dikes - Studies and diagnostics" if it is required to carry out the hazard studies (price series D.4), the hydraulic studies necessary for the hazard studies (price series D.5) and the post-incident diagnosis (price D.6 post-incident diagnosis).
