Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Biologika-Rabattverträge 2026-11 - Infliximab (Darreichungsform zur intravenösen Anwendung)

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Infliximab (intravenous dosage form). The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Biologika procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on 01.06.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.05.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract duration. The participation and contract documents will be made available to those pharmaceutical companies that offer/place on the market or, in the case of TK, credibly demonstrate that they will offer/place on the market such medicinal products with the active substance or active substance combination in question during the contract duration.
