Bulgaria – Pharmaceutical products – „ДОСТАВКА НА ЛЕКАРСТВЕНИ ПРОДУКТИ ЗА МБАЛ „СВЕТИ ИВАН РИЛСКИ” ЕООД ЧАСТ ПЪРВА“, ЧРЕЗ ОТКРИТА ПРОЦЕДУРА

The subject of the public procurement is the supply of pharmaceutical products for MБАЛ "Sveti Ivan Rilski" EOOD. The pharmaceutical products are detailed in Section One - Technical Specification, by generic names (international non-proprietary names), pharmaceutical forms and content of the active pharmaceutical ingredient, presented with quantities in tabular form. The quantities indicated are forecast and do not obligate the Contracting Authority to purchase them in full. The specific deliveries are determined by the needs of the medical institution with requests to the Contractor. The contract execution period is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of signing the contract, with periodic deliveries depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The delivery time is proposed by the participant in hours, but not longer than 24 hours from receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority. In case of urgency, the delivery time is up to 6 hours. The procedure covers 37 separate items. Offers can be submitted for one, more, or all separate items. The participant submits only one offer, according to the conditions specified in the participation documentation. The proposed pharmaceutical products must meet the requirements set out in the specification prepared by the Contracting Authority.
