Frederiksberg Municipality is retendering the task of administering the municipality's residential and commercial rental properties, which have been managed by an external supplier since 2011. A contract is offered for either 3 years, commencing on 1 January 2027, with an option for Frederiksberg Municipality to extend for a further 2 x 12 months. The tendered task concerns the property administration of Frederiksberg Municipality's residential and commercial rental properties. Currently, this includes: 736 dwellings, primarily used to address the municipal housing obligation under the Service Act § 80, youth housing and elderly housing, administered under the Housing Act and the Housing Regulation Act 53 commercial rental properties, where the rental properties cover premises, garages, football pitches and antenna positions. The rental properties are distributed between rental properties regulated by the Commercial Tenancy Act and tenancy agreements based on general contractual principles. 710 Public elderly/ care homes with associated service areas, administered under the Public Housing Act. Note that the supplier is required to provide a locally situated administration office in Frederiksberg Municipality, where tenant inquiries can be handled. The office must provide tenants with the opportunity for case processing from the ground floor or with elevator access, where tenants, housing applicants and other personal inquiries can be handled. Tenants must have the opportunity to make personal inquiries to the office on weekdays for a minimum of 15 hours per week and at least one afternoon between 13:00 and 16:00. Telephone hours must be valid during normal opening hours for a minimum of 28 hours distributed throughout the week.
