Poland – Software maintenance and repair services – Świadczenie usługi serwisu i nadzoru autorskiego medycznego systemu informatycznego RIS/PACS Alteris

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of maintenance and copyright supervision of the medical information system RIS/PACS Alteris for a period of 36 months. 2. The contracting authority does not allow partial bids. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the contract notice. 4. The contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the principles and conditions specified in the contract project constituting Annex No. 5 to the contract notice. 5. The contracting authority informs that within the framework of the implementation of the contract for the award of a public contract, it envisages the possibility of exercising the right of option – detailed provisions regarding the implementation of the option are contained in the contract project constituting Annex No. 5 to the contract notice.
