Slovenia – Construction work – Izvedba GOI del za Satelitski urgentni center Velenje in energetsko sanacijo trakta A Zdravstvenega doma Velenje

The subject of the public contract is: Execution of the GOI part for the Satellite Emergency Center Velenje and energy renovation of the A corridor of the Health Center Velenje.

The subject of the public contract is implemented by the contracting authority, the Municipality of Velenje, in its own name and for its own account, and in the name and for the account of the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia (hereinafter: ZZZS) as a co-owner of the premises in the building, on the condition that an agreement on the arrangement of mutual relations will be concluded during the publication of the public contract.

The contractual basis for the execution of the subject of the contract is based on the FIDIC RED BOOK, Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer, 1st edition 1999, FIDIC, GZS ZSI, 1st translation into Slovenian 2002.

The deadline for the execution of all works, including the acquisition of a legally valid operating permit, is no later than 30.11.2027, where the interim binding deadline for the submission of documentation required for the preparation of the PID and for the implementation of the technical review is no later than 15.10.2027.
