Title: Supply, installation, commissioning, and training of two industrial robotics learning kits for the needs of Kazimierz Pułaski University of Radom

Description:

1. The subject of the order is the supply, installation, commissioning, and training of two industrial robotics learning kits for the needs of Kazimierz Pułaski University of Radom, within the framework of two (2) parts (packages). The ordering party allows for the submission of tenders for individual parts of the packages and does not limit the number of parts of the packages that can be awarded to a single Contractor.

2. The subject of the order includes the supply of a complete teaching-research-demonstration station consisting of:

Package I: Complete educational cell for robot programming – 1 unit

Package II: Complete mobile AMR platform for educational applications – 1 unit

3. The detailed description of the subject of the order is in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order (DSO).

4. Order implementation period: Package I and Package II – within 120 days from the date of the contract. The ordering party will award points for shortening the order execution period.

5. The subject of the order must be delivered as pre-configured and ready to work.

6. Execution of initial tests confirming the functionality of the kit, and the correct operation of all systems.

7. Conducting on-site training for a minimum of 6 employees of the ordering party, for a minimum of 1 working day, covering: safe operation rules of the station; starting and stopping the robot; basics of working with the programming panel; performing and modifying sample programs; operating the application package pro; basics of PLC-robot communication; basics of configuration and use of the vision system; basics of working in a simulation environment; operational and diagnostic tasks.

8. The ordering party requires that the basic on-site training for the ordering party's employees, within the scope of kit operation, be held on the day of delivery and commissioning, within a time agreed with the ordering party.

9. The offered kit must be factory new (produced no later than 2025), unused, non-regenerated, and non-demonstration, i.e., all educational stations, AMR platform, and equipment elements must be factory new, unused, complete, and ready for use.

10. The contractor will provide the ordering party with user documentation, warranty, certificates, declarations of conformity, and instructions.

11. The devices must have current certificates, quality certificates, attestations, declarations of conformity, or markings confirming approval for sale and compliance with applicable regulations.

12. The kit, which is the subject of the delivery, should have CE marking or equivalent confirmation of compliance with EU requirements in the field of health, safety, and environmental protection, as well as compliance with relevant regulations concerning machinery (in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC). All legally required documents, such as technical documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, must be provided in Polish and English.

13. The minimum warranty period specified in the subject of the order is 24 months, counted from the date of commissioning, confirmed by the acceptance protocol.
