This notice cancels and replaces notice 618889-2026. The present consultation concerns the preventive and corrective (on quotation) maintenance of the air conditioning equipment of RTE's electrical substations located in the territory of the Lyon Maintenance Centre. The concerned equipment park represents approximately 310 air conditioning installations installed in sensitive industrial premises (relay rooms, telecommunications rooms, control buildings). The contract is divided into 5 geographical lots according to the Lyon Maintenance Centre Network Maintenance Group: Lot 1 - Auvergne, Lot 2 - Dauphiné, Lot 3 - Forez-Velay, Lot 4 - Lyonnais and Lot 5 - Savoie. Each lot is awarded to a single contractor; one operator cannot be awarded more than 3 lots. Candidates can bid for one, several or all of the lots of their choice. The framework agreements, with a firm duration of 3 years (from 01/02/2027 to 31/01/2030), are renewable 3 times for 1 year, and are concluded with a financial commitment limited to the volume of 2 years of preventive maintenance.
