Netherlands – Hire of buses and coaches with driver – Touringcarvervoer

With this tender, Summa wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of three parties capable of meeting the requested need for touring car transport within Summa. The three parties will receive orders to carry out touring car transport from the entire organisation through mini-competitions. This contract includes both day trips and multi-day journeys. Day trips include pick-up and drop-off trips as well as day trips. The contractors are responsible for the correct execution of the required touring car transport during the contract period, taking into account all applicable laws and regulations. The size of the contract, based on historical data, amounts to approximately €120,000,- including VAT per year, resulting in approximately €100,000,- excluding VAT. The costs in recent years have been reasonably stable, and therefore it is expected that these costs will remain stable in the coming years. With a maximum duration, as described in paragraph 1.4, of 4 years including possible extensions, the estimated value of this contract amounts to a value of €400,000,- excluding VAT during the contract period.
