Greece – Heating oil – ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΙΑ ΥΓΡΩΝ ΚΑΥΣΙΜΩΝ ΣΤΙΣ ΦΟΙΤΗΤΙΚΕΣ ΕΣΤΙΕΣ ΔΙΑΧΕΙΡΙΣΤΙΚΗΣ ΕΥΘΥΝΗΣ Ι.ΝΕ.ΔΙ.ΒΙ.Μ.

The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor/contractors for the supply of fuel oil and heating oil, with the aim of covering the needs of the Student and Study Centres of Administrative Responsibility of the I.N.E.D.I.V.I.M., for a period from the day following the date of signature of the contract, in any case not earlier than 1 January 2027, until 31 December 2027 or until the exhaustion of the budget amounts. The items to be supplied are classified under the following CPV codes: 09135100-5 and 09134100-8. The contract is divided into five (5) Sections, which are described below and have been formed based on geographical criteria. The budget of each Section results from the sum of the individual budgets – commitments of the Student and Study Centres included in it. During the execution of the contract, the total expenditure for each Section may not exceed the total budget of the latter, nor may the expenditure relating to each individual Student or Study Centre exceed the corresponding individual budget – commitment of the latter. The offered discount rate is applied exclusively to the legally determined average retail selling price of the corresponding type of fuel and does not reduce the budget of the Section or the individual budgets of the Centres. Offers are submitted for all the services of the present or for any Section or Sections of it. The estimated total value of the contract amounts to 1,137,149.86 € excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: 1,410,065.83 €). A detailed description of the physical subject of the contract is given in Appendix I of this notice. According to Decision of the Board of Directors No. 725/40/16-07-2026 (ADA: 6T6Z46ΨZΣΠ-ΖΦ1) of the I.N.E.D.I.V.I.M. the supply of fuel oil, for the above-mentioned centres, will be made after the expiry of the date of distribution of the heating oil. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the economically most advantageous offer, exclusively based on price and specifically on the highest percentage discount on the legally determined average retail selling price per litre, in the respective Region, of the heating oil and fuel oil (excluding VAT) on the day of delivery of each quantity, as the average retail price is derived from the Fuel Prices Observatory of the Ministry of Development, website www.fuelprices.gr.
