Description

The contracting authority aims, through this European public procurement procedure according to the Public Procurement Act 2012, to conclude a framework agreement with 3 (three) contractors, allowing the Communication and Cabinet Affairs department of the contracting authority to issue its separate (partial) orders to the contracted contractors without having to go through separate procurement procedures for each. This contract involves the provision of Communication & Cabinet Affairs professionals on a lease basis and concerns a framework agreement with an estimated value of €2,140,000. The mentioned amount is an indication, therefore no rights can be derived from the mentioned amount. The contract value over the total duration of the framework agreement will be maximised at 150% of the amount mentioned above under 'Scope of the contract'. This results in a maximum contract value excl. VAT of this procurement of €3,210,000. Once this value is reached, the framework agreement may only be used according to the provisions of articles 2.163a to 2.163g of the Public Procurement Act 2012. If these provisions can no longer be relied on, the framework agreement will cease to have effect and may no longer be used by the municipality, regardless of the remaining duration of the framework agreement. In that case – if the maximum value has been reached or will be exceeded very soon - the municipality will terminate the framework agreement with the contractor with a notice period of one month. This termination does not give the contractor a right to compensation from the municipality.
