Supply, installation, commissioning, staff training and service during the warranty period - Direct digital radiology installation with 1 graphics post and ceiling suspension, at the County Clinical Emergency Hospital „Sf. Spiridon”, Iași, – in accordance with the terms of reference and technical specifications. The technical requirements defined at the level of the notice of participation, the terms of reference or other complementary documents, by reference to standards, to a particular manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacture/provision/execution, shall be understood as being accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”. Furthermore, in order to respect the principles of non-discrimination and equal treatment, any product/equipment name (within the tender) that refers to a particular manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production/method of manufacture/provision/execution, shall be understood as being accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”. The delivery, installation, commissioning and staff training term is a maximum of 90 days from receipt of the order from the contracting authority. The delivery location of the equipment is the County Clinical Emergency Hospital Sf. Spiridon Iași. The minimum warranty period granted for the equipment is a minimum of 24 months from the date of final acceptance. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 19 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders in accordance with the provisions of art. 160-161 of Law no. 98/2016.
