Czechia – Construction work for buildings relating to exhibitions – Nová vstupní expozice NKP Vyšehrad na parcelách č. 121/1, 121/4 a 96

The subject of the contract for the public works contract „New Entrance Exhibition NKP Vyšehrad on parcels no. 121/1, 121/4 and 96“ is the implementation of the 1st stage of the construction „New Entrance Exhibition NKP Vyšehrad“, consisting of the implementation of the building object A1 – Gothic Cellar – building modifications + exhibition and the building object A2 – Gothic Cellar – new entrance pavilion. Technically, technologically and organizationally inseparable part of the implementation of the building modifications of the existing building object A1 – Gothic Cellar is the delivery and installation of the new entrance exhibition NKP Vyšehrad according to part D.2 of the documentation for the implementation of the construction (Architectural solution of the exhibition) in annex no. 28.3 of the tender documentation. The interior of the exhibition will be mainly made of elements integrated (permanently installed) into the building structures of the Gothic Cellar. The subsequent building objects B1, B2 and C of the construction „New Entrance Exhibition NKP Vyšehrad“ are not the subject of the performance of this 1st stage. Parts of the documentation in annex no. 28.3 of the tender documentation relating to these objects have only an informative/coordination significance, unless they are explicitly stated as binding for A1/A2. The detailed, complete and binding specification of the subject, scope and conditions of the performance of the public works contract „New Entrance Exhibition NKP Vyšehrad on parcels no. 121/1, 121/4 and 96“ is given by - the revised documentation for the implementation of the construction (with the designation REV 07–2026) in annex no. 28.3 of the tender documentation, - the revised list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities, which is under the name „VV_statements of quantities“ part of the folder of documentation for the implementation of the 1st stage of the construction in annex no. 28.3 of the tender documentation and which contains two documents in Excel format with the names „DPS_VV.1_statement of quantities_REV 07-2026“ and „DPS_VV.2_statement of exhibition elements_REV 07-2026“ and - the annexes of the documentation for the implementation of the 1st stage of the construction in annex no. 28.4 of the tender documentation with the name „02_annexes_REV 07-2026“. The above-mentioned revisions of the documentation for the implementation of the construction, the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities and the annexes of the documentation for the implementation of the 1st stage of the construction, always with the designation of the relevant section REV 07-2026, were prepared exclusively for the purposes of the tender and implementation of the 1st stage of the construction „New Entrance Exhibition NKP Vyšehrad“. The subject of the performance of the 1st stage of the construction is therefore only the building object A1 – Gothic Cellar – existing modifications + exhibition and the building object A2 – Gothic Cellar – new entrance pavilion. The building objects B1, B2 and C are not the subject of the performance of the 1st stage of the construction „New Entrance Exhibition NKP Vyšehrad“.
