Only factory-new furniture may be delivered (not used, not display items). The bid must specify the manufacturer/model of the offered equipment, as well as its origin (in the table), and if the item is manufactured in-house. According to the mandatory provisions of Section 10 of Government Decree 235/2024. (VIII. 8.) on environmental requirements for public procurement, the contracting authority must prescribe at least one of the following environmental requirements in the technical specification for the procurement of furniture: d) the bidder provides guidance on disassembly and repair, which enables the disassembly of furniture products without damage for the purpose of replacing components or constituent materials. The disassembly and replacement operations must be performable with everyday and basic hand tools, and by unskilled labour. Detailed description in the attached documents.
