Contract for the purchase of regional passenger transport ferry units, including related services, and options for ferry units. The technical description is attached (Annex 1). Each contracting authority (Elron, LTG, Vivi) will conclude a separate contract with the successful tenderer. LTG and Vivi are not obliged to purchase the ferry unit by concluding the contract, but they ensure the option to purchase a ferry unit on the same technical description and general conditions (Annex 2) as Elron, except for the specific essential conditions of the respective contracting authority (Annexes 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3). / Exclusion and qualification criteria: See tender documents.
