Procurement subject is the lease of converted convoy vehicles (hereinafter vehicles) for Tallinn Prison (3 vehicles), Viru Prison (2 vehicles) and Tartu Prison (2 vehicles) in accordance with the conditions of the basic documents of the state procurement. The vehicle type before conversion is N1 category trucks, which must comply with the conditions set out in the procurement documents. The vehicles are registered as M1 category ambulance vehicles after conversion. The vehicles are taken on lease for 60 months.
