General planning services for the following project, specialist planning and consulting services:

- Building design services LPH 2-4, 6-9 (LPH 6 + 7 in parts) according to HOAI

- Services according to the Construction Site Ordinance/SiGeKo performance levels 1+2 according to AHO Sheet No. 15

- Building physics consulting services LPH 2-6 according to HOAI

- Structural design services LPH 2-6 according to HOAI + engineering control as a special service of performance level 4

- Specialist planning for technical equipment systems groups 1-8 LPH 2-3 and 6-9 (LPH 6 in parts) according to HOAI

The basic services of the above service scopes are supplemented by special services, in particular BIM services according to AIA for the service scopes of building design and technical equipment systems. This is a service description with a service programme on the basis of which a general contractor will be commissioned, who, in addition to the construction work, will also prepare the execution planning.
