1. The subject of the contract is the supply of office materials for the benefit of the judicial units located in the areas of appeal: Białostocka, Gdańska, Katowicka, Krakowska, Lubelska, Łódzka, Poznańska, Rzeszowska, Szczecińska and Wrocławska, as well as the Krajowa Szkoła Sądownictwa i Prokuratury in Kraków and the Centrum Zakupów dla Sądownictwa, a Budgetary Economy Institution, collectively referred to as the Units (the list of Units for which the procedure is conducted is contained in Annex 8 to the SWZ). 2. The supplies will be made in the form of partial deliveries, based on orders placed by the Units, via the Buyer's IT system, to the email address indicated by the Contractor. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the size and scope of the contract, is Annex 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – Price Form. 4. The detailed rules for placing orders and making partial deliveries are specified in the Contract Template, which is Annex 5 to the SWZ.
