Poland – Flatbed and Tipper trucks – Dostawa 2 sztuk używanych samochodów ciężarowych wywrotek

Scope of the subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of two used heavy-duty trucks – tipper trucks in 6x6 drive configuration to the Contracting Authority's headquarters. 2) Names and codes relating to the subject of the contract as defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main CPV code: CPV: 34134000-5 — Flatbed trucks and tipper trucks 3) The Contracting Authority will take delivery of the subject of the supply at the Contracting Authority's headquarters, i.e. in the city of Wrocław (postal code: 51-171) at ul. P. Czajkowskiego 11/13. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract to the specified location and to carry out trial tests at their own cost. 4) Detailed requirements and technical parameters of the subject of the contract are specified in the Technical Specification, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. 5) Further information is contained in Section 3 of the SWZ.
