1. The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory pipettes and 2 units of pipette racks, hereinafter referred to as “equipment”, for the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk. 2. The contract includes the delivery of the equipment at the place indicated by the Buyer. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 38000000-5 (laboratory, optical and precision equipment (excluding glass)); 38437120-4 (pipette racks). 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 5. Delivery address of the equipment: Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk, ul. Abrahama 58, 80-307 Gdańsk, room no. 116. 6. The Buyer requires a warranty on the equipment for a minimum period of 12 months. The Contractor may offer a longer warranty period, taking into account the provisions of Section XVI of the SWZ. The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating tenders. Details regarding the warranty are contained in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
