Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1679_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung von diversen Achsen des Systems TPz 1 Fuchs

The contract covers the overhaul of various axles of the TPz 1 Fuchs system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the respective lots is derived solely from historical values and estimated requirements, as well as any potential additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity summarised in the relevant lot (estimated requirement + safety margin). This contract does not oblige the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract, but no earlier than 01.01.2027, and ends on 31.12.2028. If the existing contract between the HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right. The contract can be optionally extended twice by one year each time. The first extension ends on 31.12.2029, the second extension ends on 31.12.2030.
