France – Steel – ACCORD CADRE NATIONAL DE FOURNITURE DE TUBES ET D'ACCESSOIRES ACIER DE GÉOTHERMIE PROFONDE

The consultation aims to establish a national framework agreement for the supply of steel pipes and accessories for deep geothermal energy. This framework agreement concerns Dalkia and its affiliated companies, responsible for the operation of geothermal energy or likely to carry out work on geothermal sites throughout the French metropolitan territory. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders, with a duration of three years, renewable twice for one-year periods by express renewal (a maximum of 5 years). It will be concluded with no minimum turnover and a maximum of 30 million euros excluding tax over its total duration of 5 years. It does not confer exclusivity on the contractor for the needs of the contracting entity.
