The subject of the public procurement contract is the processing of project documentation at all levels, including related activities: • carrying out the necessary surveys and preparing a solution proposal including a qualified estimate of investment costs, • preparing documentation for the intent approval including an indicative budget, • preparing documentation for construction implementation including an itemised budget, • performing author supervision during construction implementation. The subject of the fulfilment is the design and solution of public infrastructure (public spaces, transport and technical infrastructure) of the locality Výhon in accordance with the regulatory plan and subsequent project documentation. The aim is the revitalisation of public spaces with an emphasis on rational, functional and economically efficient solutions.
