In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161(1) of Law 98/2016, to the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the period provided for in the call for participation, the contracting authority shall respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarifications/additional information, 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
