Poland – Refurbishment of run-down buildings – Przebudowa, remont oraz zmiana sposobu ogrzewania budynku mieszkalnego przy ul. Przemysłowej 27 w Rybniku w zakresie dostosowania go do obowiązujących warunków technicznych

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction, repair and change of the heating system of the residential building at ul. Przemysłowej 27 in Rybnik, to adapt it to the current technical requirements. The object is under the protection of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments. The scope of the contract is as follows:

I. General building works: 1. repair of basement rooms, 2. repair of basement ceiling, 3. adaptation of technical room, 4. repair of inter-floor ceilings, 5. repair of staircases, 6. repair of apartments, 7. repair of attic, 8. repair of roof, 9. repair of facade, 10. execution of hydro-isolation, 11. execution of works related to land development.

II. Installation works: 1. execution of internal central heating installation, 2. execution of water and sanitation installation, 3. execution of new electrical and low-voltage installations, 4. ancillary works.

The detailed description of the subject of the contract consists of: design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of building works, work items.
