The subject of the order is: a) For part I of the procedure – Functional and capacity expansion of two disk arrays: - expansion of the FlashSystem 7200, model 2076-824, with serial number 75E3AT3 in the quantity of 1 unit, - expansion of the FlashSystem 7200, model 2076-824, with serial number 75E3AVX in the quantity of 1 unit. b) For part IV of the procedure – Delivery, installation and commissioning of servers and licenses: - server in the quantity of 16 units, - virtualization software in the quantity of 16 units. c) For part V of the procedure – Functional and capacity expansion of two disk arrays: - expansion of the FlashSystem 7200, model 2076-824, with serial number 78E30X8 in the quantity of 1 unit, - expansion of the FlashSystem 7200, model 2076-824, with serial number 78E30XN in the quantity of 1 unit. d) For part VI of the procedure – Delivery, installation and commissioning of Fibre Channel switches: - Fibre Channel switch type Director type I in the quantity of 2 units, - Fibre Channel switch type II in the quantity of 2 units. e) For part VIII of the procedure – Delivery, installation, and commissioning of devices: - tape library in the quantity of 2 units. f) For part IX of the procedure – Delivery, installation, and commissioning of devices: - device with deduplication functionality in the quantity of 4 units. g) For part X of the procedure – Delivery, installation and commissioning of servers and licenses: as part of the basic order: - server in the quantity of 4 units, - VMware Cloud Foundation or equivalent license in the quantity of 4 units, - Veeam Data Platform Advanced Enterprise or equivalent license in the quantity of 8 units, as part of the order subject to the right of option: - server in the quantity of up to 2 units, - VMware Cloud Foundation or equivalent license in the quantity of 2 units, - Veeam Data Platform Advanced Enterprise or equivalent license in the quantity of 4 units. 2. The delivered devices must be factory new, not previously used in other projects. 3. The minimum required warranty and maintenance support period for all delivered devices and software is 36 months starting from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol. 4. In accordance with Article 24(1) and Article 33 of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers (Journal of Laws 2024, item 928), the Main Border Guard Headquarters has introduced the "Internal procedure for reporting legal violations and taking follow-up actions in the Main Border Guard Headquarters" and the "Procedure for receiving external reports and taking follow-up actions in the Main Border Guard Headquarters". The ordering party may invalidate the subject of the procedure in part X, if the public funds that the ordering party intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order are not granted to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis was provided for in the order notice (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act).
