Framework agreement under which subsequent contracts will be awarded for the provision of maintenance and repair services for the spectral monitoring system with geolocation capabilities, comprising 72 RF sensors and 25 operating consoles, in accordance with the minimum mandatory requirements set out in Section 2: Statement of Work. Estimated value excluding VAT: 1,521,600.00 Currency: RON. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days within which requests for clarification may be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification: on the 11th day before the deadline set in the invitation to tender for the submission of tenders.
